You cannot use our Shipping Account without our permission
You are responsible for shipping the item back using the same packing material and we must receive it just the way you received it.  (We pack our products here at our warehouse)
What if I receive my package and the product is damaged?.  
You have up to 3 DAYS once the package has been delivered to claim any damage to your product to us by email CustomVanityJ@yahoo.com.  You must email us CLEAR pictures of the box (front, back & sides) and the  product so we can see all damage.  Please keep in mind we have to "paint" a picture when we put a claim in.  When we send a claim in we will contact you about replacement or a refund once the process has been complete.  Do not throw away any packing material, in some cases the product may have to be shipped back.
I want my order delivered how do I get more information?
We can deliver around the DFW area, send us a message or email letting us know what you want to order with the address for a delivery quote.
Can hooks be added to the back?
Customer can request for hooks to be added to the back

What is a custom order and why does it take up to 2 weeks to complete?
Custom orders are a specific measurement or color request and can take up to 2 weeks to build.  During the holidays it may take longer than 2 weeks.
Can I pick up the same day I order or come by the warehouse?
We try our hardest to keep all of our mirrors instock and ready.  You can call us to make sure we have what you want instock @ 8174432375, email or you can come by before ordering and check out our showroom!
How do I know if my order has shipped?
We update customers paypal invoice with the FedEx tracking number once we get started with packing
