What if I receive my package and the product is damaged?
To get replacement or Refund you have to follow ALL the information below:
Do Not Throw any packing material away! You have up to 3 DAYS once the package has been delivered by Fedex to your front door to claim any damage to your product. Email CustomVanityJ@yahoo.com (Do Not text or messenger any info). You must email us CLEAR pictures of the box (front, back & each side) and the product (front, back & each side) so we can see ALL damage. Please keep in mind we have to "paint" a picture when we put a claim in with the shipping company. Once we get all the correct photos we send a claim in and then we will contact you about replacement or a reimbursement for the damage once the process has been complete.
** If the policy is not followed you may not receive a reimbursement or replacement**
There will be a 25% cancellation fee to ANY website order
We are not responsible if you purchase the wrong size or item (Read full description for product)
Shipping orders: You will be responsible for shipping item back with our packing material just as received
Layaway customers must read the terms and conditions
No refunds for custom built colors, glitter, fabric, epoxy or size
How long does it take to get my order?
Items can take up to 2 weeks to build. If items is instock we will contact you with pick up/shipping info
Can I get delivery?
We do offer Delivery around the DFW area choose delivery or if you are out of the area message us for a quote.
Can I pick up the same day I order or come by Vanity J?

We are not responsible for a customer putting in the wrong address
Customers having items shipped will get the tracking numbers. Customers are responsible to track the package and if any issues occur with tracking contact Fedex to get updates.
