What if I receive my package and the product is damaged?
To get replacement you have to follow all the information below:

Do Not Throw any packing material away!  You have up to 3 DAYS once the package has been delivered by Fedex to claim any damage to your product. Email CustomVanityJ@yahoo.com (Do Not text or messenger any info).  You must email us CLEAR pictures of the box (front, back & sides) and the  product so we can see all damage.  Please keep in mind we have to "paint" a picture when we put a claim in.  When we send a claim in we will contact you about replacement or a refund once the process has been complete. 

Cancelation Fee:
There will be a 25% cancellation fee to ANY website order
We are not responsible if you purchase the wrong size or item (Read full description for product)
Shipping orders: You will be responsible for shipping item back with our packing material just as received

Layaway customers must read the terms and conditions
No refunds for custom built colors, glitter, fabric, epoxy or size

How long does it take to get my order?
Items can take up to 2 weeks to build in our warehouse if not instock.

Can I get delivery?
We do offer Delivery around the DFW area choose delivery or if you are out of the area message us for a quote.

Can I pick up the same day I order or come by the warehouse?
We try our hardest to keep all of our products instock and ready.  You can call us to make sure we have what you want instock @ 8174432375

What if I need it shipped to a different address?
Any Customer that needs the product shipped to a different address needs to email us @ CustomerVanityJ@yahoo.com with the lease, order or invoice number and let us know the address we need to ship the product.
